今日淩晨1時，北角英皇道北角城中心發生斬人案，一名年約20歲男子與友人行經上址，突遭5至6名持刀男子襲擊，男子腳及腹部被刀傷，負傷自行往南區一家私家醫院求診，其後由救護車送往瑪麗醫院救治。警方接報後到場調查，並翻查附近一帶閉路電視，並緝拿5至6名涉案男子。
A man was injured in a late-night slashing attack in North Point.
According to police, the victim was walking with a friend near King's Road in North Point City Centre around 1 am when a group of 5 to 6 knife-wielding men assaulted them. The 20-year-old man sustained knife wounds to his leg and abdomen.
He initially sought treatment at a private hospital in South District before being transferred by ambulance to Queen Mary Hospital. Police are investigating the attack and reviewing CCTV footage from the area to identify the assailants, who fled the scene.
The motive for the unprovoked assault is unknown. Police are tracking down 5 to 6 men involved in the case.
