電視廣播有限公司（TVB）宣布裁員，將裁減5%員工。TVB表示，為節省大概2.6億年度營運費用，將對公司人力架構作出調整，部分職位將被終止並且將不會被重置。根據資料TVB現時員工共有3907人，受影響員工估計將達195人。
TVB續指，未來將會優化成本及資源管理，未能達致目標收視或經濟效益的節目亦會終止，以確保資金流向最有效益的地方。
Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) has announced that it will be reducing its workforce by 5%. In order to save approximately HKD 260 million in annual operating costs, TVB will be making adjustments to its personnel structure, terminating certain positions that will not be replaced. According to data, TVB currently has 3,907 employees, and an estimated 195 employees will be affected by the decision.
TVB also stated that it will be optimizing cost and resource management in the future, and programs that fail to achieve target ratings or economic benefits will be terminated to ensure that funds are allocated to the most effective areas.
