晚上6時23分，大埔道190號一住宅大廈單位，一名男子返回住所時，發現大門被擋住，推門內進驚見其母親倒臥地上，失去知覺。兒子報警，救護員到場證實母親當場失救身亡。
警方於現場初步調查，懷疑母親因長期病患，突然於住所暈倒後失救至死，警方封鎖現場單位作進一步調查，死亡原因需驗屍後確定。
At 6:23 pm, in a residential building at 190 Tai Po Road, a man returned home and found the door blocked. After pushing the door open, he was shocked to find his mother lying unconscious on the ground. The son immediately called the police, and paramedics who arrived at the scene confirmed that the mother had died.
The police conducted a preliminary investigation at the scene and suspected that the mother had collapsed suddenly due to a long-term illness and died. The police have sealed off the unit for further investigation, and the cause of death will be confirmed after an autopsy.
