［17 Mar 2026］ Eyes of Salt Among Hollywood Films at FILMART 2026, Celebrating 30th Anniversary
The 30th Anniversary of FILMART 2026 will take place from the 17th-20th at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) in Wan Chai North, Hong Kong. At this year’s event several Hollywood co-productions will have a presence including Eyes of Salt, which stars James Pratt (Malibu Crush), Bernice Liu (The Legend Is Born: Ip Man), Erin Anne Gray (Catfish Killer), Kelly Monisse (Malibu Crush), Randy Charach (Vanished), and Hong Kong actress Melody Law (Bankshot).
Produced by Haley Lynch (Twelve) with Hong Kong-based associate producer Sasha Waseem, the emotionally driven movie brings together cross-cultural drama, including Hong Kong star Bernice Liu and rising Hong Kong actress Melody Law both incorporating English and Cantonese in select dialogue throughout the film.
Bernice Liu, a prominent figure in Asian cinema achieved widespread acclaim with television hits such as Virtues of Harmony, where she played the spirited Princess Fa Man before moving into major film productions including The Legend Is Born: Ip Man, Bad Blood and the romantic comedy Perfect Wedding. Her presence in Eyes of Salt reflects the growing bridge between Hollywood productions and established talent from the Asian film and television market.

Organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the 2026 Hong Kong International Film and TV Market (FILMART) showcases a wide variety of cross-regional, cross-media, and cross-industry content from over 760 exhibitors. In 2025 the market gathered more than 7,600 industry practitioners from 42 countries and regions, highlighting the growing international presence that connects global industry players. Participants engaged in key sectors such as film and television production, distribution, sales representation, service provision, and investment, thereby enhancing opportunities for cross-border collaboration and strategic partnerships.
FILMART 2026迎30周年 荷李活與香港合拍片《Eyes of Salt》亮相 跨文化陣容成焦
一年一度的香港國際影視展（FILMART）將於2026年3月17至20日在灣仔會展舉行，踏入30周年的展會預料吸引全球影視業界聚焦。今年多部荷李活與亞洲合拍項目將現身，其中包括由美國與香港團隊合作的劇情片《Eyes of Salt》，成為場內討論度甚高的作品之一。
《Eyes of Salt》由澳洲演員 James Pratt（《Malibu Crush》）領銜，香港藝人廖碧兒（Bernice Liu）、Melody Law（《Bankshot》）亦參與演出，陣容跨越美國、澳洲及香港，展現近年影視市場日益全球化的趨勢。片中亦有 Erin Anne Gray（《Catfish Killer》）、Kelly Monisse、Randy Charach（《Vanished》）等演員加盟。
電影以 Tanner Reed 為主角，講述一名紐約花花公子在與父親疏離30年後重返海邊舊居，並帶着一個足以瓦解父子關係的秘密。故事圍繞家庭、和解與過去傷痕，題材具國際市場潛力。製作方面，由 Haley Lynch 擔任監製，香港製片 Sasha Waseem 出任副監製，並由 Justin L. Levine（《Wingman》、《Life Happens》）擔任執行監製。James Pratt 同時兼任導演。美國選角總監 Carly Granovsky 負責選角工作，而 Bounty Entertainment 則負責澳洲地區的發行。
業界人士指出，FILMART 一向是亞洲最重要的影視交易平台之一，今年適逢30周年，荷李活與香港合作項目增加，反映本地市場在國際影視生態中的角色逐漸提升。《Eyes of Salt》在展會亮相，被視為跨文化製作的示範案例，亦為香港與海外影人合作帶來更多可能性。
